Payments
- Our company's accounts staff estimates the cost of your project after we receive your order request. Following the analytical examination, you will be handed a payment bill.
- The charges provided to clients at the start of the project may change midway through the order processing.
- The payment information acquired is secure and will not be shared with any third party at any cost. When the project is finished, it will be removed from our database.
Order Delivery
- Once the order has been completed on our end, you will be emailed the file for approval.
- If you do not respond within a day or two, the deadline mutually agreed upon by all sides will be extended.
- No further work will be done on your project until we obtain consent from your e-mail.
Refund Policy
- If the client cancels their order request within 24 hours of placing it, refunds are available.
- If the quality of your work falls short of your expectations, you will be eligible to get a refund.
- If the assignment is provided late or after your submission date, you have the right to request a refund.
